How much does a garage conversion cost?

This is a relatively easy answer to give, but it is solely based on the clients needs and dreams!

If you notice on our web site you will note that the cost starts at around £8,000. This is for converting a single attached garage, with one existing main garage up and over door, are single rear exit door and single skin brick or block external walls.

This would give the client a completed conversion with a new double glazed window in place of up/over door, new rear access door(if required)and new access doorway into the main house.It would have additional internal insulated walls, roof space and be completely plastered ready for decoration to the customers tastes.

From this base starting point we can make other additions such as new showroom/new kitchen/or just a office space depending on their requirements. This then adds to the overall cost of the project according to the level of the finish required and the future use of the new room etc.
